NuSpace was chosen to build this 18 unit hi-end townhouse project in North Miami Beach. Some challenges including executing 4 water wells on drain the site appropriately, raise the site more than five feet over the street level requiring extensive fill which further complicated civil work and interaction with piles. 

The units are approximately 1600 square feet, and abut on the rear part of Olleta Park providing a beautiful environment.
