NuSpace was entrusted to come up with a design build solution to this complex site that already had a residence in it. A 2000 square feet addition was done to the existing 4400 s.f. home, adding a master bedroom suite and children quarters.

The rest of the home was completely renovated with new kitchen, ceilings removed to gain more height, new insulation, bathrooms, new pool area and outdoor dining area.
