This unit remodel encompassed unifying two contiguous units in the prestigious Porto Vita Condominium at Aventura. Extensive remodeling included challenges such as changing fundamental location of areas in the unit such as kitchen, master bathroom, and bedroom suites. 

A new 1100 bottle wine cellar was implemented and cladded in Macassar wood imported from Japan. Leather cladded cabinets, extensive paneling, custom office with wood paneling and custom buildouts done by NuSpace bring to life the intricate design by Fanny Haim.
