NuSpace was commissioned to build a new 4400 square feet residence in Palm Island on a peculiar lot with challenged proportions.  

The home had to be carefully sited to be able to maximize the buildable area and still conform to City of Miami Beach zoning regulations.  

The home took the circular shape of the lot and was conceived as a focal point for the area.
