A complete floor design-built project encompassing 14,000 square feet of office and medical visit rooms. 

The center included sales and marketing areas, training rooms with movable partitions, administration area, different waiting areas, relaxation rooms, and reception. 

Critical to the design was how to provide a different feel for each activity and at the end to feel part of the same concept.

This built out started with a bare space requiring complete electrical, air conditioning, new plumbing connections, etc.
