NuSpace was tasked to create a Sales Center for the prestigious project Boca Beach in Boca Raton. This hi-end building will only boast 38 units, the intent was to replicate a portion of the unit in the sales center. We found 3 trailers totaling approximately 5000 square feet to house a replica of the living room, kitchen, den and master bedroom, closet  and bath.

Aside from these spaces, part of the sales center had to provide conference room, sales associate offices, and a design center to show finish options.  Major changes were required to the existing structure to enlarge it to replicate the unit intended floor plan. 

NuSpace worked side by side with Linda Ruderman Interiors from Connecticut, the project designer, not only to provide the construction but also the permit plans and liaison with local suppliers.
