These units had extensive upgrades that had to be meticulously executed with custom millwork in the elevator foyer, custom brass hardware, specialty illumination, etc. Pivoting doors were custom design to avoid light going through the joints, marble cladded columns were hand painted at the joints to assure that no detail was overlooked.
